EMDR is a technique I have been using for the past 9 years. It has helped many of my clients move on from disturbing memories/trauma. In addition, it helps reduce anxiety levels and help clients feel more positively about themselves. Many clients come to me wanting to use this approach as they have heard about its effectiveness. Often at the end of a session both the client and I are amazed at how it works!
